Promotional boosting: During off-peak periods, properties may benefit from additional marketing exposure or promotional campaigns to help improve occupancy. Depending on the level of promotion required, platform commission or promotional costs may increase by approximately 3%–5%. Any additional promotional cost will always be discussed with and approved by the owner beforehand.

Booking platform commissions

Off-peak promotion: additional exposure may increase platform/promotional costs by approximately 3%–5%. This is always discussed and approved with the owner beforehand.
Other possible platform deductions: Depending on the booking platform, payout method and owner account, additional deductions may occasionally apply. These may include VAT or other applicable taxes, payment-processing charges, bank-transfer or payout fees, currency-conversion costs, activation/account fees or other platform-specific charges. These costs are set by the relevant platform, bank or payment provider and are not Cape Vacay management fees.
Exact platform deductions can change over time and may differ between properties or owner accounts. Cape Vacay will reflect applicable deductions transparently on the owner statement where relevant.

Welcome-pack pricing is based on a typical 1–2 bedroom property. Larger homes, higher guest capacities or properties requiring greater quantities will be priced accordingly and confirmed with the owner beforehand.
